I really enjoyed all of the learning that was gained from this endeavour.  Used many of the tools but learned new aspects about them and also took had the opportunity to use other tech tools that were new to me.


Overall a great experience!

The Beginning

Working in a library is not what I had originally had in mind for my life.

The journey began when my children were very little.  One of our family's favourite past times was reading.  My children loved bedtime stories and stories whenever a free moment presented itself.  Fast forward to kindergarten.  Children are in school and I am feeling lost - being a stay-at-home mom is not the appropriate title for me anymore. 

Decision was made - going to volunteer at the school.  So many volunteer options ...I select the library. 

My library journey has begun!
